United States Mint engaged Boston Lab Spaces, Corporate Advisory to identify potential warehouses to accommodate the Mint’s growing coin production inventory storage needs. Boston Lab Spaces worked closely with Mint staff to create an extensive report of options that met the Mint’s requirements to relocate its 50,000sf warehouse facility in San Francisco.

NASA –Hubble -TRAXX engaged Boston Lab Spaces, Corporate Advisory to relocate 450 of Hubble’s staff in barrack style buildings at Goddard Space Station to a new 2 story – 120,000 square foot headquarters located at 7700 Hubble Drive in Greenbelt, Maryland, a suburb of Washington, DC.
